Rite Care Language Center of Santa Barbara
The California Scottish Rite Foundation is dedicated to support and assist children in California by providing childhood speech-language, literacy and education programs for a lifetime of improved communication and confidence.
We host the Rite Care in our fourth floor to ensure our Santa Barbara community can excel and help our children.
Masons 4 Mitts – Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation
Building on sixteen years of partnership, the Masons of California, in affiliation with the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of California and four Major League Baseball partner foundations, are proud to announce that they have raised a record setting $305,234 in 2024 for youth development programs through their signature Masons4Mitts baseball mitt drive. Since launching the program in 2009, Masons of California donations have raised over $2,300,000, which translates to over 115,000 mitts to youth players across California.
Each year, Masons4Mitts teams up with the San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, and San Diego Padres to purchase quality leather baseball mitts that are given, free of charge, to young ballplayers in junior baseball and softball leagues across California. Through these programs, Masons4Mitts and its partners provide children with a safe place to play while they develop key collaboration skills, learn about health and nutrition, build productive study habits and more.
Santa Barbara #192 is proud to partner with The California Masonic Foundation and the Los Angeles Dodger Foundation to provide amazing opportunities for the young children across our state, especially here in Southern California
